4-room terraced house 87 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: large entrance hall with veranda. Living/dining room with flat screen and DVD. Exit to the terrace, to the veranda. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm), fan. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 160 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave) with bar. Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Terrace 20 m2. View of lagoon. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Direct terrace on the lagoon with a 45 cm high protective barrier. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
As part of the water restriction measures linked to drought in some of our departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed by prefectural decree. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
