Located just 15 minutes from AngoulÃªmeâ€™s city center, it features an independent entrance and is set in a 4000 mÂ² enclosed plot, shared with the owners, including a 200 mÂ² courtyard. The gÃ®te includes a spacious ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, and WC, while the upstairs boasts three cozy bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed and a private shower room. Guests can enjoy a private garden of 65 mÂ², a private terrace of 33 mÂ², and shared access to a heated swimming pool (4 x 9m), open from May to September.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
