The Sea & Residence Golf Soko-Eder***, located on a hill, in a quiet residential area, offers a splendid view of the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and is ideally located close to shops, restaurants, a supervised beach in summer and the Hegobus public transport network.
This set of 7 small buildings with Andalusian architecture offers an admirable view of the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz guarded by the Fort of Socoa and offers apartments with fully equipped terrace/loggia (kitchen, dining area, wifi). ), a swimming pool, private parking.
The residence is located 500 m from the fine sand beach of Socoa by the banks (pedestrian path) or 700 m by road, 2.5 km from the town center of Ciboure and 4 km from that of Saint-Jean -de-Luz. Shops are 500m away and a weekly market is held 400m away in July/August.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
