3 km from Barbezieux, Le Clos du Grand Tilleul is an old Charente farm. Since 2008, Cyril Coutieras has renovated the buildings left abandoned by the previous owner.

To share with two other gîtes: indoor heated swimming pool (open from April 1 to October 30), with balneotherapy and counter-current swimming, pool house with changing room, WC, sauna and gym. 2 Matrix bikes, 1 child's bike, 1 Matrix treadmill and 1 Matrix elyptical).
Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, bath, potty, changing mat.
Tourism and Disability (motor, mental, visual, hearing), and garden 2000 m². Single-storey gîte, accessible to all, housed in a completely renovated Charentaise house, with its wooded garden. Gîte adjoining two other gîtes, with independent access and terrace.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
