The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a balcony, a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Saint Pée sur Nivelle 12 km from Saint Jean de Luz: Very beautiful single-family house "Hegoasea". In the district of, in a quiet position, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'900 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 31.Aug.) with shutter cover. Shower/WC in the pool area, boules, terrace (15 m2), barbecue. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Jean de Luz, 8 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Hegoasea in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
