The gîtes des champs are located on the edge of the recreational lake where many leisure activities are possible in summer. : supervised swimming in July and August, mini golf, pedal boats, playgrounds.... Very pleasant, the site offers nature holidays in the heart of the Périgord Limousin Natural Park . These 2 adjoining gîtes have just been completely renovated and revamped; trendy decoration, comfort and new equipment have been added. priority for the community! At the back, the terraces with garden furniture and barbecue open facing the lake. These 2 gites are adjoining the other. a 3rd gîte for 10 people (87G7453).
Gîte N°4 - Surface area 65 m² : ground floor: living room with kitchen area, toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), bathroom, toilet. Electric heating, garden furniture, outdoor barbecue. gas.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
