The price includes: 30 kWh of electricity /night, 7.5 kg of pellets/night for the stove as required. heating, 100 liters of water/person/night, sheets and beds made, bathroom and household linen and end-of-stay cleaning.

The price does not include: Consumption beyond that. of what is announced; included in the price. Access to the SPA (65 to 95 euros/day, decreasing price depending on the number of days booked, to be paid on site). Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
