In 2017, Thomas and Elena fell under the spell of this mansion with an exceptional location, which offers the advantages of city life without the disadvantages. After 3 years of renovation from top to bottom, they moved in and opened the Citybreak apartments.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, laundry room. 1st floor: two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, bathroom, toilet, luggage storage. 2nd floor: games area under the attic.
Television with Chromecast, Radio, Fiber internet connection with WIFI (computer not provided).
Baby equipment (to be requested when booking): travel cot, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty.
Wood provided for the fireplace. Sheets, bathroom and kitchen linen provided, beds made on arrival. Possibility of regular cleaning during the stay.
Carport of 30 m². Terrace of 10 m² and small private enclosed garden of 50 m², with access to the shared swimming pool (11x7 m, protective barrier and cover), heated in mid-season, open from the end of May to mid-September. 4,000 m² garden with swing and table tennis, shared by the 3 gîtes.
Tasting of the farm's pineaux and cognacs as well as black truffles from December to February.

Tourism and Disability Label (mental, hearing). Gîte adjoining another gîte, not overlooked, in a characterful setting, on a wine and truffle property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
