In 2017, Thomas and Elena fell under the spell of this mansion with an exceptional location, which offers the advantages of city life without the disadvantages. After 3 years of renovation from top to bottom, they moved in and opened the Citybreak apartments.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, laundry room, toilet, bathroom, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. Upstairs: attic, 1 children's bedroom with 2 90 cm beds (accessible by steep staircase, ceiling height 1.20 m/1.87 m).
Carport 30 m², terrace 20 m², private enclosed garden 55 m², shared swimming pool (11x7 m, protective barrier + cover) accessible to disabled people, heated in mid-season (open end of May - mid-September). 4000 m² garden with swing, table tennis, shared by the 3 gîtes.
Television with Chromecast, Radio, Fiber internet connection with WIFI (computer not provided).
Baby equipment (to be requested when booking): travel cot, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty.
Wood provided for the fireplace. Sheets, bathroom linen, kitchen provided, beds made on arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
