Catherine and Jean-Jacques have restored this small family house in the heart of the hamlet of Le Peyrat where they live. The parts to be used living area open onto a pleasant little enclosed garden space of 110 m². 100 m away, a small fishing pond on request.
Area 85 m². Ground floor: Large kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), bathroom with toilet. Mezzanine accessible by a ladder with Japanese steps: a 140 cm bed. Electric heating. Baby equipment on request. Catherine and Jean-Jacques have restored this small family house in the heart of the hamlet of Le Peyrat where they live. The price includes: 8kwh/day of electricity and water.
The price does not include: excess electricity. and heating. Sheets, bathroom linen and cleaning are at your disposal. the responsibility of the tenant or offered as options. If an animal is present, cleaning is obligatory.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
