In a hamlet 400m. of Lake Vassiviere (1,000 Ha): water activities, supervised swimming with beach, fishing, hiking around the lake, shuttle boat. The house, independent, opens onto a fully enclosed plot of land, lawn of approximately 500 m².
Area 70 m². Ground floor: bright day room including kitchen (dishwasher) with dining area, living room (TV). Shower room with toilet. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double sofa bed), toilet. Propane gas central heating, wood stove granules. Garden chalet for bicycles and fishing equipment (exterior sink). In a hamlet 400m. of Lake Vassiviere (1,000 Ha): water activities, supervised swimming with beach, fishing, hiking around the lake, shuttle boat. The house, independent, opens onto a fully enclosed plot of land, lawn of approximately 500 m².
The price includes: 500 liters of water per day, 8 kWh/day of electricity, 1 m3 of gas per week.
The price does not include: Excess water, electricity, etc. and heating pay on site. Deposit for cleaning 150€ à pour into on arrival, returned on departure / Cleaning done by the tenant.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
