Area 31 m². Ground floor: living room with kitchenette and fireplace (13 m²), bathroom with toilet. First floor: 1 attic bedroom (1 double bed, 1 folding bed, 1 baby bed). Electric heating. Laundry room, fishing room. Small independent gîte in a remarkable site overlooking the Maulde valley and the Mont Larron dam. Lake Vassiviere at 10km. On site, lawned grounds and heated swimming pool, shared with the owners (open from May to the end of September depending on weather conditions).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
