This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a luxury residence (with elevator) overlooking a pleasant square in the center of Périgueux.
The living room with lounge (TV, wifi) and dining room opens onto a balcony equipped with garden furniture. The independent kitchen is equipped with a table top refrigerator, a microwave, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a hood, a kettle, a filter and pod coffee maker and a washing machine.
You will have 2 bedrooms each with 1 160x200 bed, a desk, a bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
