Located on an organic cattle and arboriculture farm (apple trees), this independent gîte has been built in 2008. redeveloped by Françoise and her loved ones, each having contributed his contribution to this collective project.. It has a small garden outside. the rear and the environment is being developed. On the side, a shelter offers some games. A rosalie is also available to take you in a fun way to the Saint-Sault body of water, where you can enjoy the fun. swimming and the various facilities will punctuate your stay.
Area 90 m². Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, wood stove. wood, living room, bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a small bathroom (2 twin beds, 1 single bed, 1 double bed). Terrace. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
