The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senséo) extra) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Large terrace roofed, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Cosy, rustic farmhouse "Poumeyrette", surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Poumeyrette 4.5 km from the centre of Naujac-sur-Mer, 6 km from the centre of Lesparre, 11 km from the centre of Hourtin, 17 km from the sea, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, sandy beach "Le Pin Sec" 17 km. Surf school 17 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.

There is a lake/open water less than 17 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Ferienhaus (NSM120) in Naujac-sur-Mer you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
