Sylvie and Olivier welcome you in a warm and attentive manner to help you discover the region and their farm. Farmers, we would like to share with you our knowledge of the rural environment and local products.
9 km from Lalinde (All shops and leisure activities), independent house of 32 m2 near other Gîtes de France rentals ref. 24G303106 and 24G307106, ideal for a couple. Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area (16 m2) and WiFi internet connection. Floor: 1 bedroom: 1 140 cm bed. Bathroom with shower cabin. Independent WC. Electric heating.
Unfenced land of 30 ha consisting of the terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and electric plancha. Heating and electricity included. Household linen €5/person/change. Towels €5/person/change. Sheets €30/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €40. In the country of Bastides, between Bergerac and Sarlat, restored building which served in the 17th century as a dovecote upstairs and a bakery on the ground floor, in a 16th century farmhouse composed of a barn, a farmhouse with tower and a dovecote. You will be on a 30 ha estate where sheep graze; the owners will share their work with you.
In terms of visits and activities, you will be close to tourist sites and hiking trails. 7 km from Couze St Front, Moulin de Laroque (Handmade paper manufacturing) and 8 km from Beaumont du Périgord (English bastide founded in 1272 in the name of the King of England Edward I.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
