A spacious communal swimming pool, accessible to all residents, awaits, complete with a terrace featuring comfortable deckchairs for ultimate relaxation.

A spacious living area featuring an open kitchen and a convertible sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a cabin room, and a separate bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, there's a sizable mezzanine with two small beds. Enjoy a balcony with views overlooking the park and swimming pool.

Sleeping arrangements include a double bed (140 x 190cm) in the bedroom, two bunk beds (90 x 190cm) in the cabin, a sofa bed, and two twin beds (90 x 190cm) on the mezzanine.

You can practice many sporting activities such as golf, horse riding, tennis and all water activities.

- stand up paddle: with the Naéco school on Lake Azur 5 minutes away, have fun and go for a stroll through spaces of greenery worthy of the 'Amazonia.
- cycling: with Golf bikes, have your mountain bike, VTC or electric bike delivered to your home and set off on the many cycle paths through the pine forests.
- skateboarding: at the Vieux Boucau skate club, initiations from 6 years old to allow you to progress quickly and use the bowls, ramps, etc.
- canoeing: in Saint Michel d'Escalus with the Au Pont Neuf canoes, go down the river, "La Palue", 2 hours of family trail and accessible to all.
- tree climbing: at Adrénaline Parc, you will practice this popular activity with many courses for children and also more difficult ones for adrenaline junkies. Possibility of also practicing quad biking and paintball.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
