General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue and a swimming pool (outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Terrace 10 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 50 (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. There is a lake/open water less than 900 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near SC H01 in Mimizan you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
