General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

4-room house 110 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, simple and antique furnishings: large living/dining room 70 m2 with Scandinavian wood stove and dining table. Exit to the terrace. Lounge with TV (flat screen). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 french beds (160 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating, wood heating. Terrace 16 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

In the hamlet George with 4 houses 6 km from the centre of Sabres, 25 km from the centre of Morcenx, 30 km from the centre of Mont-de-Marsan, in a secluded, quiet position, 18 km from the lake, 50 km from the beach, in the woods. Private: natural state property 4 ha, swimming pool (above ground) round, with privacy (3,20 m diameter, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace. 750 m long motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, sandy beach "Mimizan-Plage" 50 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Lac d'Arjuzanx" 18 km. There is a lake/open water less than 18 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Authentique Landaise in Luglon you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
