The holiday home for 9 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a triple bunk bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, two fireplaces, two heaters and a stereo (wireless). In addition there is a garden, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a terrace, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, a shower, five washbasins and a urinal.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), two fridge-freezers and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

Lovingly restored while retaining its historic features, the house offers a rare opportunity to stay in a piece of railway history. Original elements such as ticket booths are still visible, and the terrace occupies the former platform, perfect for enjoying drinks or relaxing while taking in the surroundings. The house is ideal for families, with a large heated swimming pool (16x4m) added two years ago, a tree house with zipline, and a wide selection of toys and games. Additional outdoor activities include ping pong and badminton. Modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and Amazon Echo ensure a comfortable stay, blending classic charm with today's needs. The pool is available from mid-June to the end of September. The property is surrounded by spacious grounds and offers easy access to local attractions. Explore the historic site of Oradour-sur-Glane or enjoy a day at Futuroscope, just 75 minutes away. For those who enjoy scenic walks or cycling, the old railway track passes nearby, and a small section of the rails remains as a reminder of the station's history.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 140,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
