On the ground floor, you will appreciate the large living room - dining room, fully equipped kitchen opening onto two pleasant terraces.
You have a master suite with a 160 cm bed and its adjoining bathroom, opening onto the terrace and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, two bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, one of which opens onto a balcony, as well as a bedroom with two 80 cm beds.

You will also find a bathroom with toilet.

Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed garden of 1,000 m² with deck chairs, 2 terraces equipped with garden furniture, a plancha and a barbecue for beautiful summer evenings with family or friends.

You can easily park several vehicles inside the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
