Discover this charming 80 m² south-facing villa, located in a peaceful area of Petit-Piquey, ideal for an unforgettable family vacation.
Just 2 minutes by bike from the Yellow Temple wellness center and its local shops (patisserie-bakery-ice cream parlor Patachou – Sébastien Bouillon, delicatessen, wine merchant, supermarket, fishmonger, butcher-caterer, press, pharmacy... ), 5 minutes from the equestrian center, 10 minutes on foot from the Arcachon Bay and about 15 minutes by bike from the Océanes beaches accessible by cycle paths secure.
It consists of a living room opening onto a pleasant wooden terrace with plancha, an open kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary comfort, 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with two 80 cm beds ( adjustable to 160). The villa also has a bathroom and separate toilet.
You can also enjoy a large enclosed garden with trees of 860 m² at the back of the villa, where a small additional garden furniture and a fixed barbecue await you to enjoy the long summer evenings!
Possibility of parking several vehicles within the villa.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
