This small, bright 65 m² villa is ideally located in the heart of Claouey, the first village upon arrival on the Cap Ferret peninsula, just a 2-minute walk from the Bassin d'Arcachon beach and local shops, 5 min by bike from the Balnéo & Spa Domaine du Ferret wellness center.
The cycle path leading to the ocean can also be reached in 5 minutes by bike.
The house consists of a bright living room with access to a south-facing terrace, offering a view of the garden, kitchen/dining room opening onto a south-facing wooden terrace, as well as a bathroom and 2 adjoining rooms, each with a 140 cm bed, one of which has an additional 90 cm bed.
You will enjoy a pretty enclosed garden of 400 m², facing south, ideal for spending a good summer vacation

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
