The house is one of the oldest in this quiet little village. Completely independent, it opens onto a 150 m² flowered enclosure.
Area 110 m². Ground floor: kitchen, laundry room, dining room. dining room with lounge area, toilet. Floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 120 cm bed, 1 travel cot), bathroom with toilet. Central heating, swing. In summer, charges are included in the price. The house is one of the oldest in this quiet little village. Completely independent, it opens onto a 150 m² flowered enclosure.

The price does not include: electricity. beyond of 8 kwh/day and heating at pay on site. Heating package for 2 nights: €25. The deposit is returned within 10 days following departure from the lodge. Housekeeping the responsibility of the tenant. Deposit for cleaning 60 € à pour into upon arrival, returned on departure if cleaning done by the tenant.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
