I make my little exposed stone house available to all nature lovers so that you can spend a pleasant time in the Vézère Valley.
Independent Périgord house gîte de France of approximately 42 m² below the owners' house. On the ground floor, you will benefit from a bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine, towels provided, hair dryer). Independent WC. Go down 2 steps to access the living room with a kitchen area (dishwasher, oven/induction hob, refrigerator and microwave), a dining room, a lounge area with 2 armchairs and a TV. Wifi. On the 1st floor, you will occupy a room with 2 80x200 beds that can be pushed together to create a 160x200 bed or separated according to your needs (bed linen provided). In fine weather, an outdoor jacuzzi is available for guaranteed relaxation (out of season: on request depending on the weather).
The cottage is ideal for 2 people; However, it is not recommended for a walking baby because this gîte has several levels (steps).

You can enjoy 2 terraces, one on the ground floor and the other on the living room level and a barbecue. You will have at your disposal a private enclosed plot of 4000m² (wire mesh, hedge and wooden fence), with a large gate to bring in the car and a small entrance gate near the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
