They are an active couple, loving contact with their guests and ready to share produce from the vegetable garden and orchard depending on availability. Lovers of hiking and cooking, Alain and Annie are available to their customers for anything that can help them.
1 km from Lamonzie-Saint-Martin (Shops) and 9 km from Bergerac, house of 87 m2 adjoining that of the owners. Ground floor: Kitchen, living room with wood stove in fireplace, television, wifi. A bedroom with a 140 bed step. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Independent WC. Upstairs: on the closed landing a separate toilet and a 140x190 bed then a bedroom with 1 160 bed. Underfloor heating in the tiled rooms and by radiators in the bedrooms. Unfenced land of 315 m2 with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and plancha. Cleaning at end of stay 65€. Gîte located in a quiet residential hamlet near the famous Bergerac vineyards (Monbazillac, Pécharmant...). Many sites to visit including Bergerac and its old neighborhoods with half-timbered houses, bastides, castles. In the direction of Gironde, you can visit the sites of St Michel de Montaigne with its tower and Montcaret famous for its Gallo-Roman villa then St Emilion, Bordeaux.
This gîte allows, to a certain extent, the reception of accompanied disabled people: level of accessibility to be checked in advance with the owner depending on the degree of the disability.

Swimming pool not heated with chlorine to share with the owner (Shower and WC in the pool area, 9.50x4.50m and 1.40m deep, open from June to September and secured by barrier). Table chairs and umbrella on the pool deck. Swing, slide, sandbox.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
