The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace, a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Partial view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 26.Apr. - 27.Sep.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, terrace, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, sandy beach "Lacanau-Océan" 7 km, bathing lake "Etang de Lacanau" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 100 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Ferienhaus mit Pool (LCA125) in Lacanau you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
