This charming country house offers 110 m² of living space on one level, with 4 bedrooms, located on a flat, enclosed 855 m² plot, providing a peaceful green setting with complete privacy.
The open-plan living room features a lounge area with a sofa, two leather recliners, flat-screen TV, and WiFi, while the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, and fridge-freezer. The living area opens onto a south-facing covered terrace with garden furniture, hammock, and deckchair. The kitchen area leads to a north-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue, overlooking the back garden.
The house is divided into two sleeping areas: one side with a bedroom (160 cm bed) and another (160 cm bed), separated by a renovated shower room with toilet; the other side includes a bathroom with toilet, bedroom 3 (140 cm bed), and bedroom 4 (2 bunk beds, 90 cm, plus a 140 cm sofa bed). There is also a storeroom with a washing machine.
Recently renovated, including new electricity, paint, bathroom, and bedding, the house is ideally located in the heart of Pyla, close to the beach and between Moulleau center and La Corniche/Haïtza.
Linen can be rented for an additional fee, and cleaning is included. Heating consumption will be billed separately during winter. Pets are allowed for an additional fee, if specified in the ad.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
