Floor: 2 bedrooms: 2 90cm beds and 1 160cm bed. Separate WC. Electric heating. Laundry room. Unfenced land with partly covered terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and pétanque balls. Linen and electricity included. Towels €5/person/change. Sheets €10/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €60. Heating €10/day. Built in a remarkable site with breathtaking views of the village of La Roque-Gageac. classified among the 'Most Beautiful Villages of France' and the surrounding countryside, this restored house is located on the banks of the Dordogne river (fishing 200 m). in the heart of Périgord Noir and its world-famous tourist sites: Château de Beynac, de Castelnaud, des Milandes, Bastide de Domme, Sarlat 10 km away (medieval city with exceptional heritage)... You will also enjoy boat trips and canoeing on the Dordogne, hot air balloons 500 m away and garden visits (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...). Walking trails 500 m away. The owners are asparagus producers.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
