The bedroom consists of 2 80 cm beds pushed together (160 x 200), with storage. The bathroom includes sink, mirror, and WC. The living room consists of an equipped kitchen area (2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.). The living room consists of a convertible BZ sofa (1 bed), a table, chairs. TV and internet in the accommodation. The living room opens onto a private garden area with garden furniture. terrace, private parking.
Parking is to the side of the rental, in the courtyard, closed with a gate.

Bed and bathroom linen are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be left clean (possibility of providing a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us what they believe is not compliant, or what our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 a.m. on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. The latter will show that everything is working and that no degradation is to be deplored. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be canceled (CB) or returned canceled (check), after the effective departure of the tenants.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- T1 Bis exit cleaning: €44.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
