Apartment Residence Les Terrasses de Fort Boyard with swimming pool, designed for 4 people, on the ground floor with sea view. It includes a living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom, WC, 1 terrace of approximately 9 m². Kitchen equipment: fridge, ceramic hob, microwave grill, electric coffee maker, toaster, mini oven, etc. Beds: 2 x 90, sofa bed. Leisure equipment: terrace furniture, TV, WIFI (free)... Surface area: 42 m². Swimming pool open from July to August. NEARBY: Facing the South beach, 200 m from the pedestrian street and all shops. Bus station: 250m, Bus stop G and J opposite, SNCF train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort spa 15 m away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €70. The rental is granted for a stay which begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 p.m. and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
