Le Montheil is a small flowery hamlet which overlooks the Monts d'Ambazac and offers a clear view of the wooded and green countryside. The house located near that of Jenny and Peter has 2 gîtes. It is an ideal base for discovering the hiking trails of the Monts d'Ambazac.
La Vieille Maison: the entrance can be made next to the building. alley or side garden. Kitchen-diner, living room with wood stove. drink. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), bathroom with toilet. Electric auxiliary heating. About 20 m away is a very large, fully enclosed lawned garden (2500 m²). It is shared with the 2nd gîte (2 people), Peter and Jennie, the family cat, dogs, lambs and chickens. If you are staying with your pet it must be kept on a leash. Parking in the property. TV with reception of English and French channels - The owners put their washing machine located next to it. in a closed room, outside available to the tenants of the 2 gîtes according to request. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
