"LE PORTILLO" located in the heart of Gourette, n°40 on the resort map, 150m from the ski slopes and 100m from the shops. The residence is equipped with: a private indoor swimming pool with a children's pool, a whirlpool bath, a gym, a lounge, a games room, elevators, collective heating and hot water, cupboards on skis, a bicycle garage, two paid underground car parks and wifi.
Equipped and furnished studio for 6 people, 38m², facing south, view of the slopes, located on the 5th floor with terrace. Entrance: 2 sleeping areas with 2 90cm bunk beds. Bathroom: sink, bathtub and hairdryer.
Separate WC. Living room with 2-seater sofa bed (160cm), television - American kitchen: fridge with preservative tray, 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processor.
NON-SMOKING. SHEETS PROVIDED.In addition: tourist tax. Pets accepted and paying. Optional: CATERING packages (breakfast, dinner, half board), bathroom linen, daily and departure cleaning, early arrival, late departure. In Winter: SKILOC equipment rental, SKIPASS ski lifts, equipment + SKIPLUSS package.
The aquatic facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi) are open in Winter from the Christmas holidays when the resort closes, in Summer from 01/07 to 15/09.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
