Bringing back to life the childhood home where Cathy has memories with her grandfather... the village of Puymoroux is the cradle of her family.
For many years, she, with her husband Pascal, thought about and built this comfortable gîte where you can relax. it welcomes vacationers.
Part of the house has been renovated. renovated and another part built to enlarge it: the old and the modern are perfectly integrated. Every object, every piece of furniture has sentimental value. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and gentle. Beautiful volumes and luminosity. pleasant, a house where comfort and harmony are there.
Area 110 m². Ground floor: living room with wood stove. wood, kitchen with dining area opening onto the garden and terrace, bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), bathroom with toilet. Electric and wood heating. Several terraces, one of which is covered. Optional inflatable spa, available between 1/7 and 2/9. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
