Located at the start of the hiking trail which leads to the forest of Fayat. The house, next to it garden, opens onto a terrace, a lawn and vegetable garden of 180 m². Without any screws vis the land is enclosed by a cedar hedge and a fence.
Surface area 45 m², you climb a few steps to access the terrace. the kitchen with dining area, living room (130 cm sofa bed), bathroom, toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 180 x 200 bed, 1 travel cot). Heating: wood stove and additional electric convectors. Located at the start of the hiking trail which leads to the forest of Fayat. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
