Dawn and Mark chose this pretty hamlet to come and live part of the year in France. In the heart of the hamlet they have built a this comfortable house. A small space full of charm with a corner for reading books. the shade of the lime tree and a dining area with barbecue which promises happy moments. At the bend of the small streets, a real village life awaits you. meeting locals who come to buy morning bread from the itinerant baker. This sector is conducive to discover the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park.

Ground floor: kitchen, living room and access to the garage. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with shower room with toilet, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), office area and relaxation area, bathroom with toilet. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
