14 km from Sarlat and 4 km from Cénac (Shops), independent house of 75 m2 close to other dwellings and a 'Gîtes de France' ref. 24G150120. Ground floor: Kitchen. Living room lounge area with heat recovery fireplace. Shower room. Independent WC. Floor (14 steps): 2 bedrooms: 2 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed. Electric heating. Enclosed land of 350 m2. Covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Linen included. Towels €3/person/change. Sheets €10/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €60. Heating beyond 8 kW/day: €0.15/additional kW. stere of wood: €60. In the Dordogne Valley, this gîte is very close to the village of La Roque-Gageac classified among "The most beautiful villages in France", the Bastide de Domme and the castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...). Many other activities are available to you: visit to Sarlat (medieval city with exceptional heritage), barge and canoe trips on the Dordogne, visit to gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac, etc.)...
Baby equipment: 1 baby bed.
The gîtes (24G150120 and 24G720120) are independent houses, each located on private, adjoining enclosed land not overlooked and separated by a hedge. A gate between the 2 gîtes makes it easier to rent the whole thing for 2 families or for stays with friends.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
