The holiday home for 5 persons has three bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden (fenced), a tennis court and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Shower, sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: with shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (3). Beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced), parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 700 m, supermarket 17 km, restaurant 600 m, bathing lake "Lac de Camps" 400 m. Tennis 500 m, riding stable 5 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Accrobranche Ferme de la Bitarelle 4 km, Tours de Merle 22 km, Collonges-la-Rouge 40 km, Gouffre de Padirac 40 km, Aurillac 40 km, Rocamadour 50 km. There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. You can also relax, because near Cottage du Lac in Camps-Saint-Mathurin-Léobazel you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
