We are retired. This accommodation is very quiet, well located and the vacationers who frequent it are delighted.

Beautiful country house near Sarlat, a world-famous medieval city, in the Dordogne Valley (River swimming 3 km). In Calviac you can see the ferryman's house which bears witness to past trade on the river, the last ferry crossing having taken place in 1952. Ideal geographical location allowing quick access to the essential sites of Périgord Noir (Castles, caves, villages. ..). Marked hiking trails, cycle paths, short and long hikes, cultural and sporting activities within 10 km. But you will also appreciate the proximity of the Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, the Grotte de Lacave on the edge of the Lot. This large gîte allows you to get together with family or friends.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
