The holiday home for 9 persons has a bathroom and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: walk-through room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

In the centre of Bégadan 12 km from the centre of Lesparre, 16 km from the centre of Saint Vivien de Medoc, 70 km from the centre of Bordeaux, 23 km from the sea, 23 km from the beach, 5 km from the river. Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 50 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 7 km, bus stop "Lesparre-Medoc" 7 km, sandy beach "Montalivet" 23 km. Nearby attractions: Port de By 5 km, Lesparre-Médoc 7 km, Pauillac 25 km, Soulac-sur-Mer 30 km, Royan (par le bac) 45 km, Lacanau 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac d'Hourtin 25 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 23 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Céline in Bégadan you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
