It consists of a beautiful living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed, 1 independent bathroom with WC.
A private terrace with access to a fenced garden, private parking. and secure. Unheated 8x4m swimming pool shared with the owners with secure access to the swimming pool. with a depth of up to 1m80 open from mid-May to mid-May mid-September depending on the weather.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
