Situated just 1500 meters from the city center, the apartment is perfect for those looking to explore the area on foot or by bike, with 220 km of cycle paths surrounding the Arcachon basin.
Arcachon offers a variety of activities for all interests. Explore the town on the bus tour (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October), or take a boat trip to Bird Island or Cap Ferret. Water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, and kite surfing are available, along with horseback riding on the beach, tennis, and golf. The nearby Moorish Park, observatory, and market are perfect for leisurely strolls. The famous Pilat Dune, the tallest sand dune in Europe, is also within easy reach.
The studio features a living room with a double sofa bed (140 x 190), a dining area, a closet, and a TV. The equipped kitchen includes a combined ceramic hob/oven, microwave, and fridge. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
