I am a Parisian decorator and artist based in Angouleme since 2011. I have had the chance to invest in different magnificent places full of history, which I have transformed into high-end rentals. My latest gem is Atelier 68, in Angoulême. Looking forward to meeting you.

Entrance to the ground floor via a large living room with kitchen area, pantry, dining area and large lounge with 3.20mx2m cinema with quadraphonic sound, mixing table, numerous DVDs and CDs.
On the first floor: access via a passageway to separate WCs.
On the second floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 160x200 bed and another bedroom with 2 90x200 beds (can be combined into 1 180x200 bed), two bathrooms, one with WC and a landing with a desk.
On the third floor: access via a steep, low-ceiling staircase leading to a room with multiple uses with a connected speaker: children's area, relaxation/yoga room and beds with 2 90x200 beds and 2 90x190 beds.
Internet: Wifi via repeater
Baby equipment: bed and high chair.
Outside: private enclosed courtyard of 60m² with terrace, garden furniture, plancha, private enclosed garden of 20m², 1-car garage and 2 parking spaces on site.
Electric bike rental 500m away. Restaurants, cinema, theater, museums and “Jardin Vert” nearby. Part of 4 walls, Nicole created this apartment at the end of 2023 giving the illusion of a former artists' studio with its bricks, its wrought iron staircase and its large volumes. Thanks to the themed decoration, you will travel through very varied atmospheres. In a secure residence, the house has independent access and is adjoining 2 apartments including the owner's. This building is the former Hôtel Dieu, built in the 19th century, on the site of a former 13th century convent.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
