Parking space n 69. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Due to water restrictions implemented in response to drought conditions in certain regions of France, please be aware that the swimming pool may remain closed until the legal restrictions allowing the filling and replenishment of water in private swimming pools and ponds are lifted. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Jardins de la Pinède in Lacanau you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
