Detailed information
This beautiful and detached villa for 6 persons is located between the sea and a pine forest in the residence Eden Club. It is only 3,5 km from the sand beach Lacanau-Océan and 12 km. from the city centre of Lacanau.
The villa is spread over a slightly rolling terrain, is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a decorative fireplace and TV in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. It also disposes of one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the two remaining bedrooms, with each two single beds, a bathroom and shower room or two shower rooms and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Eden Club, you can book various villas for six to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €65 per week.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
