This beautiful villa park is located in a green and natural environment and offers five different types of homes. All types are detached villas; they are very luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. For instance, they have a fireplace in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, a covered patio, washer and dryer, covered parking and a very large garden with a large private pool. The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m².

The five types are categorized as follows. First of all we have the BF-PX5C. This type is suitable for 4-6 people and is entirely on one level. There is also the BF-X55H. This villa is suitable for 6-8 people. In addition there's the BF-9YRM. This type is suitable for 8-10 people. Then there is also the BF-N6K7. This spacious villa is all on one level and suitable for 8-10 people. The garden of the villa is adjacent to the golf course. And finally there is the BF-8YTB. This type is suitable for 10-12 people.

Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
