This beautiful and detached villa for 6 persons is located in a green and natural environment in the residence Atlantic Green. It is 3,5 km from the centre of Lacanau-Océan and only 3,5 km from the (sand) beach.
The villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a fireplace in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, a washing machine and dryer. The villa disposes of three bedrooms on the ground floor or two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the open mezzanine floor, one bathroom and one shower room or two bathrooms and one shower room and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Atlantic Green, you can book various villas for four to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €60 per week.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
