Jérôme and Valérie, newlyweds, acquired in 2008 2 large agricultural buildings located in part of a charming and large farmhouse: one will be used to build their house, the other to build 2 adjoining cottages in a row . The lodgings were opened to the public in 2009 for the first and in 2010 for the second and are very regularly updated.
Single storey:
- kitchen (dishwasher, oven and induction hobs, microwave, washing machine, fridge + small separate freezer) open to
- living room (table + 5 comfortable chairs) and TV,
- 1 bedroom (2 twin 90cm beds - very wide duvet >> sheets + duvet cover provided each time for this bedroom), + (1 90cm mezzanine bed moved above an office and wardrobe space).
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds of 90 cm, converted into a bedroom/living room >>> adaptable by the holidaymakers themselves) with TV and linen cabinet
- bed, baby high chair and baby bath available on request,
- bathroom: shower
- toilet. 5 km from Etretat, close to prestigious and charming sites, Jérôme and Valérie have created 2 adjoining gîtes with careful and original decoration in their somewhat isolated property offering distant views.
Gîte with independent access and secure private garden for children (terrace) + access to a large grassy area in front ideal for family games. Calm and tranquility assured. Dedicated parking (possibility of 2 cars).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
