The cement floor in the living room and the numerous small doors and steps give this home a unique atmosphere! The rooms are cozy and comfortable and several of them benefit from a very pretty view of the sea. A nice glance at the blue horizon is also possible from the living room. This cozy room will be ideal for convivial moments. The rear garden is entirely walled and very sheltered; enough to offer you a perfect setting to recharge your batteries. You can also take advantage of the barn to relax with some wild games of ping-pong or table football, not forgetting the games of pétanque!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
