This pretty house lives up to its name, nestled in a peaceful little hamlet. With its perfectly sheltered and south-facing enclosed garden, this property, a few minutes from the beaches, is indeed a haven of tranquility. Between meadows and a small poplar grove, the site is bucolic and yet a few minutes from large sandy beaches and the sea! Sophie, the owner, wanted to renovate this house behind her home with the desire to make you feel comfortable. A hypnotherapist by training, she certainly has a gift for creating the conditions for happiness because you will spend happy days in the shade of the beautiful apple tree in the middle of the garden. The house has a bedroom on one level with very nice complete bathroom facilities. Upstairs the two other bedrooms, bathed in light, share a very pretty bathroom. From the end of 2022, Sophie will renovate the neighboring barn through which you will have to pass to access the gîte.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
